Statements (in Turkish with English translation) given by applicant Mehmet Karabulut to the Kurdish Human Rights Project regarding the destruction of 9 houses and their contents in the village of Kelekçi (Kelkom), Dicle District, Diyarbakır Province on 10 November 1992, and subsequent contact with Turkish authorities after it has been revealed that Karabulut has applied to the European Commission of Human Rights.
