Correspondence authored, received, and/or compiled by Françoise Hampson, Aisling Reidy, and Kevin Boyle pertaining to the Cemil Kılıç case. The correspondence is with the European Commission of Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Kurdish Human Rights Project.
