Parties: The Abbey Theatre of Dublin, Irish Free State as Party of the First Part and Alberand Wickes Inc. of Boston, Mass. U.S.A. as Party of the Second Part.

Terms: That any extra expense, over and above what is considered usual expenses, which may be occasioned by the presentation in America of the plays "Church Street", "the Resurrection", and "The King of the Great Clock Tower", is to be met in the following manner: Such extra expense is to be divided between the two parties on a fifty-fifty basis.
