Press release issued by the Secretary to the European Commission of Human Rights regarding the upcoming session to be held in Strasbourg from 26 June-7 July 1995. The release states that Commission will decide on the admissibility of approximately 250 applications, and continue of examination of several admitted applications and a number of cases which have previously been communicated to the Governments concerned for observations. The Commission will also hold hearings regarding the merits of the Akdivar and others case, Akkum and others, and Aksoy cases on 30 June 1995.
