Two packages of documents (in Turkish with English translations) submitted on behalf of the applicants in the Ersöz and others (Özgür Gündem) case. The first package consists of 10 articles published in Özgür Gündem during 1993 and 1994 pertaining to the Turkish-Kurdish conflict. The second package consists of 9 court decisions in relations to the prosecution of Özgür Gündem journalists and editor Yaşar Kaya (Kaya was charged as co-defendant in all 9 cases). Attached is a 23 October 1995 press release from the Kurdistan Human Rights Project regarding the case.
