Application filed by İsmet Asker on 15 December 1993 against the Republic of Turkey with the European Commission of Human Rights regarding the destruction of his homes and properties in İslamköy, Kulp District, Diyarbakır Province, by soldiers from Kulp under the command of the Kulp gendarmerie on 16 June 1993.
