Application and attached appendices (with English translations) of Feyzullah Aytekin submitted 22 August 1995 to the European Commission of Human Rights regarding the killing of his brother, Ali Rıza Aytekin. Feyzullah Aytekin was originally attached to the initial application of Gülten Aytekin regarding Ali Rıza Aytekin's death but was unable to submit a power of attorney form at the time. He later submitted this separate application regarding the same incident. Documents submitted on behalf of this application were later approved to be considered with Gülten Aytekin's application with Kevin Boyle's approval, and application number 29362/95 was annulled on 9 May 1997. Documents appended to the application include witness statements from the applicant and his family, newspaper articles covering the incident, the death report, and the burial certificate, as well as materials pertaining to the Aytekinler Construction and Trading and Industry Company Ltd. owned by Ali Rıza Aytekin.
