Written observations of the applicants in the Akdivar and others case concerning Article 50 of the European Convention on Human Rights submitted to the European Court of Human Rights. The observations broken into three sections: the applicants' claims for compensation; the Protocol made with the applicants by Turkish Government representatives (the observations contest that the 3 applicants who were not present to sign the Protocol had not given authority to have their names signed, and that the four applicants who did sign now repudiate the Protocol); and the applicants' claims for punitive damages.
