Replies of the applicant (submitted 15 June 1994 and 20 December 1994) to the observations of the Turkish Government. The applicant submits that domestic remedies alluded to by the Government are 'illusory and ineffective', that the Government has ignored Eşref Yaşa's complaint that State agents may have burned down his kiosk, and that the Government have repeatedly requested extensions for submitted their observations in order to gather factual evidence but has yet to provide any substantial new information from the domestic investigation.
