Applicant's pleadings on the merits of the case of Zeki Aksoy v. Turkey, submitted to the European Commission of Human Rights on 23 June 1995 following the hearings of 12-14 April 1995 in Ankara. The application deals with: 1) Individual violations of the European Convention on Human Rights and 2) Practice and ineffective domestic remedies. It is noted that Aksoy's original application was submitted on 20 May 1993, that he was shot dead on 16 April 1994, and that the applicant's father wishes to maintain his son's application. Includes a file copy of the letter from Kevin Boyle and Françoise Hampson to H.C. Krüger, Secretary to the European Commission of Human Rights, that accompanied the applicants' pleadings in the Akdivar and others, Aksoy, and Çağırga cases.
