1) Certificate of surrender and receipt of the body of Necati Aydın signed by Mehmet Naili Aydın and Mehmet Mehdi Aydın (18 April 1994);
2) Burial certificate signed by the Diyarbakır State Prosecutor, stating that there is no objection to the burial of Necati Aydın, and that Necati Aydın was killed by a firearm injury (10 April 1994).
