Statement (in Turkish with English translation) of Abdurrahman Çelikbilek made to the Kurdish Human Rights Project (via the Diyarbakır Branch of the Human Rights Association) summarising the events surrounding his brother Abdulkadir's 14 December 1994 abduction by police, the discovery of his brother's body, threats made toward his family and the residents of the village of Tepecik, and his family's history of dealings with police.
