Copies (with typed English translations) of medical records pertaining to Zeki Aksoy following his admittance to Dicle University Medical Faculty for treatment of his injuries suffered during his November/December 1992 detainment which resulted in temporary paralysis of his arms, which were tied behind his back and strung up. The patient file of 23 December notes weakness in his hands and atrophy of the metriceps, along with nerve damage, the lack of reflex in the triceps, and the lack of ability to move his arms backwards or extend his wrists.
