Memorial of the Turkish Government in the Akdivar and others case submitted to the European Court of Human Rights, reiterating its previous observations, rejecting all claims that various articles of the European Convention on Human Rights were violated, and stating that there was no proof that the applicants other than Ahmet Ayder held titles to their destroyed properties. The memorial includes a number of annexes (almost entirely in Turkish) concerning compensation paid by the Government in similar cases litigated through the domestic legal system.
