Transcripts and abstracts of letters written between 1847 and 1856 by Irish emigrants in the United States to Irish nationalist politician and Young Ireland leader William Smith O'Brien. Much of the correspondence is from fellow Young Irelanders and participants in the 1848 rebellion.
