Typescript draft of 'The Stoat' beginning 'A long-legged student in a turtleneck was following a two-iron he had struck just short of the green when he heard the crying high in the rough grass above the fair-way.' Contains handwritten amendments, some pages missing. Amendments change the narrative from the third person to the first person, appears to be the amended to the version of the story which appears in ' The Collected Stories' .
