Letters relating to the transfer of the Belvoir estate to John Wilson Lynch by his aunt, Mrs Wilson. John Wilson Lynch was to pay all the charges on the estate and a jointure of £600 to Mrs Wilson. A deed of mortgage for £6,000 dated 1862, David J Wilson to Patrick M Lynch, reserved a life interest in the Belvoir estate to John Wilson Lynch. Mrs Wilson wanted to give him a life interest in the estate with the remained to a second son if he should have one. E T Stapleton advised him to try to get her to give him the estate absolutely, as a life interest was too curtailing and the income from the estate barely met the liabilities. John O'Donnell, 23 Middle Gardiner St. Dublin, solicitor, represented Mrs. Wilson.
