Oct 1871 second class honours at first university examination in Arts
Oct 1872 graduated Bachelor in Arts with first class honours in experimental science, awarded gold medal and prize
June 1873 passed first university examination in medicine
Oct 1874 degree of Doctor in Medicine with first class honours, awarded gold medal and prize, also conferred with degree of Master in Surgery and Diploma in Midwifery.
