Photocopies of reports, correspondence, biographies and legal documents (most likely brief for counsel), some with notations (28/02/1974-1978); drafts and handwritten notes on case, possibly Mary Robinson (MR)'s; copies of correspondence from Nicholas Robinson & Co solicitors to Chief State Solicitor, to J McCarthy, chairman, the commissioners of Public Works, Pascal Scanlan Principal Officer OPW, William Dundon Law Agent, and to Donal Barrington and MR as Special Counsel 13/01/1978-15/03/1978 (most of this material is duplicated elsewhere but notations may vary); includes copy of Consent under section 14 of National Monument Act, 1930, issued jointly by "Commissioners and the corporation" allowing National Museum to "remove part or wholly, to interfere with excavate and disturb the ground within..." section of site between 10/10/1978-09/12/1978, 10/10/1978
