Included are descriptions of Clochacurra and Crigganas, Dog Island, Trá Bhríde (where the Cleggan Disaster took place in 1927), a note on the Freyer family who once owned Sellerne House and a separate note on Sir Peter Johnston Freyer and his work in the Indian medical service.
