Report of Frank Barrett to the Adjutant General detailing his men engaging Free State forces between 6/11/22 and 12/11/22. Ambush by Republicans on Free State forces who were attempting a ‘round-up’. One Free State Officer killed and five wounded. Engagements between Republicans and Free State forces at Kilkee, Gower and Miltown Malbay as well as a bombing of a Free State patrol in Galway City.
