Includes TS copy letter from Kevin Boyle to the Editor of Irish News, Belfast, attaching a manuscript letter of response from Kevin Boyle to statements made in previous Press letter concerning points made in report by Boyle, Tom Hadden and Paddy Hillyard concerning the Gardiner Committee on Diplock Courts and Internment. (8 Jan 1975) Also attached is copy TS letter from Boyle to Richard M.K. Kinsey, Department of Public Law, University of Edinburgh, discussing aspects of Diplock Court System in Northern Ireland.
