Accounts of rents collected on the Belvoir estate compiled for and sent to John Wilson Lynch, by land agents John Brady, 10 The Crescent, Limerick, and Alfred W Hazell, Prospect, Athenry, Co. Galway. John Wilson Lynch collected the rents between 1887 and 1891 and employed Kendal and Hazell, Tally Ho, Athenry, between 1892 and 1896. Columns include denominations, gale day, tenants' names, rent due, income tax and poor law rate allowed, sum received and arrears outstanding on the account. The rentals also include the cash account of disbursements made by the agent. In some cases a covering letter and vouchers are included with the rental. The rentals are dated in this list according to the year or half year end when the rents were due and A W Hazell's accounts relate to disbursements made in the following 6 months. A W Hazell's half yearly rentals are an almost continuous series from 1892-1911, the missing rentals are for September 1896, March and September 1903, and March 1908. These rentals were stapled into paper covers. Includes three bound volumes of rent accounts and one rental relating to the Duras estate. [See also LE6/B/322-326, and B/343-346].
