Release of an annuity of £142 (No 39), charged upon hereditaments, situated in Co Galway and the surrender of a trust term of 99 years for securing the same, William Edward Hughes, Johnstown House, Co Meath (1), Terence Hughes, Gardiner St, Dublin, solicitor (2), and James Daly of Dunsandle (3). Recites deed of annuity of 29 April 1837 of which Terence Hughes was a trustee. James Daly repayes £1,000 in 1840. Livesay, solicitor.
