Printed memorial of Robert Hedges Eyre to Charles Duke of Grafton and John Lord Carteret, Lord Lieutenant and Lord Lieutenant General of Ireland respectively, in relation to the damages done to the estate of the Eyre family in the course of the eighteenth century by the building of fortifications and other defences for the town of Galway, for which they were never properly compensated. That they retain rights to the property in question, which is held by the Corporation and Edward Eyre in times past.
