TS document entitled "The Evils of the Vanguard and Authoritarian Elite - A Warning to the PD" written by J. McGuffin and discusses how "Recently some people in the PD have been worried about the way the PD seems to be drifting" and details why the People's Democracy must avoid building an elitism within its ranks and especially on its Executive Committee. Reference is made to Bernadette Devlin, solidarity with the Cuban cause and states "The PD must learn from history and avoid the mistakes of the past. . .we must reject elites and educate ourselves and each other."
