Boyle states "I was absolutely stunned and deeply saddened to learn of Frank Gogarty's death." and recounting memories about Gogarty, his imprisonment, evidence to the Scarmon Tribunal and also saying "I believe myself that it was a combination of his treatment by NICRA and the prison sentence . . .which broke his health." Boyle also discusses the U.S.C. piece written by Farrell and also Special Powers Act legal research.
