Contents include site plans, sections and plans of proposed building, intentions of Druid Theatre Company, consultants' assessment of Druid Theatre Company, description of the recommended design concept for the main theatre space, various plans, blueprints and drawings of theatre spaces at various Irish and international theatre spaces, details of preliminary costings of the development scheme and conclusions and recommendations. 2 copies
File of letters between Druid Theatre (Garry Hynes) and Iain Mackintosh and Paul Jenkins of Theatre Projects Consultants regarding the report carried out on the Druid Lane Theatre premises. The letters include discussions between the parties on plans, scope and designs for the theatre and for the report on the premises. Also includes correspondence between the architects and Donagh O'Donoghue regarding sites and building plans; a fax copy of letter written by O'Donoghue on 'Galway Arts Group' headed paper regarding the Arts in Galway. Also included issue of the 'Architectural Review', January 1977, which is a special issue focusing on the design and construction of the National Theatre, London.
File of plans and drawings, drafts and final plans, produced by Theatre Projects Consultants and which offer various ideas for the redevelopment of the theatre at Druid Lane. File also includes an undated plan for a theatre design "at proposed theatre at Spanish Arch, Galway." Also includes three detailed blueprint floor pans of the Warehouse at Flood Street (later known as the theatre used by Druid Theatre on Druid Lane) by H.G.L. O'Connor & Co architects, Galway and produced for client Messrs T. McDonagh and Sons, dated 20 June 1966.

Solicitors to Louise Donlon, General Manager, Druid, stating enclosed is a draft lease received from Messrs. Kilroys, Solicitors being a lease with McDonogh Milling and Trading Co. Ltd. for term of 99 years for the theatre premises for an annual rent of £1 for the first ten years.
