File relating to the establishment of the Macnas arts Association, details of its first meeting of its second committee (Mar 1993), and minutes of meetings of the Galway Arts, Social and Cultural Club, with minutes of meetings taken place at Fisheries Field through 1993.

Files 1 and 2 include minutes and meetings of the Board of Galway [International] Arts Festival and related correspondence, with details of activities and discussions of the Board in relation to the planning and administration of the Festival for 1992 - 1994. Also includes briefing document made by the Festival and presented to Michael D. Higgins, T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture, and the Gaeltacht, 1993.

Printed flyer from Dublin production includes a director's note and a composer's note by Gavin Quinn and Andrew Synnott respectively. Also includes a list of past Pan Pan productions, with dates, and cast and crew biographies. File also includes printed flyer and invitation from the Dublin production, as well as printed programme from the production at the Noorderzon Festival, with full festival programme details included. Printed programme from production of Richard III by William Shakespeare, produced by The Theatreworks Company in association with Second Age Theatre Company, directed by Michael Caven. First produced in 2001 this revival was a national touring production from February to March 2003 to An Grianán, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, INEC Killarney, Co. Kerry, Glór, Ennis, Co. Clare, Olympia Theatre, Dublin.
