Scope and content
This subseries is further divided into a file and two subsubseries relating to press releases, cuttings and photographs respectively. The final subsubseries also contains pre-print mock-ups which were later used in various CnaG publications.
Photographs are predominantly black and white and from the 1940s and 1950s and include an unidentified prize-winning choir; the hanging/removal of paintings [in the National Gallery?] for the Oireachtas exhibition (n.d.) and two photographs featuring pipers Andy Keane, Josephine O'Dowd (sister-in-law of Willie Reynolds, Mount Temple, Westmeath), Willie Reynolds, Dick O'Neill and Francis McPeake (G60/14/12/3/1). One colour photograph features the Oireachtas Harp which was presented to a prize-winner in 1903 (G60/14/12/3/3).
