Report authored by Markus Casey for Damien Dyer. Casey was commissioned to inspect a property where Dyer proposed to build a house. Casey found no clear evidence of archaeological sites that would be disturbed by the development. The document has been heavily water damaged which has caused some ink to leach and distort photographs in the report, although the text remains legible.
