The accounts concern the following tenants: Thomas Mitchell, Cloondahamper [parish of Killererin]; Thady Greham, merchant, Galway; Paul Dolphin Turoe, Caherleapark; John Browne, attorney, Dublin; Thomas Burke, Lough George [Claregalway]; Patrick Rafferty, Carrowcunlane [parish of Dunaghpatrick]; Edmond Kelly, Cortbeg; Denis Farragher and partners of 'Culsellagh'; Pat and Jeremiah Rafferty, Killeen; Peter Burke, Killeen; Pat and James Lynch, merchants, Galway and many named tenants of Brierfield, parish of Abbeyknockmoy. Details of leases made by John Blake as testamentary guardian during the minority of Martin Joseph Blake, are included. Peter Burke of Killeen was allowed 9a0r39p and 5 collops rent free, in lieu of wages, as general steward over all the estate of Walter Blake. Folios 50 - 52 relate to the wages paid to named servants and folio 53 to the sale of trees blown down in a storm. Includes some loose items. [Some folios are stained and eaten.
