Improvements claimed by the tenants are listed on the back, as are particulars given by John Wilson Lynch in [1901], in relation to former rents and prizes won by tenants at the Royal Dublin Society show in 1900. Signed on behalf of the tenants of John J Daly, Ennistymon, Co. Clare, solicitor. Notices numbered 1-11, no 6 missing [Bartley Glynn, see below].
