Correspondence between Canon Hayes and Myles McSwiney, Dublin. Includes:
-Letter to Canon Hayes from McSwiney noting that he will be in England and Scandinavia in the next two weeks. McSwiney asks if Muintir na Tíre has had contact with similar movements in Denmark or the Netherlands, as he will be travelling through those countries and is keen to see their rural agricultural operations (10 August 1954, 1p);
-Unsigned letter from Tom Fitzgerald on behalf of Canon Hayes to McSwiney, passing along the address of Reverend Th. H.J. Zwartkruis, Hageveld, Heemstede, Netherlands, who has attended Rural Weeks in the past and will introduce him to rural organisations in Holland (21 August 1954, 1p).
