Copy Mortgage for £1400, based on a house and ground on the south side of Gloucester St., including furniture and plate in the house. The parties are (1) Thomas Ruttledge of Ballyhoola/Ballyhowly, Co. Mayo and (2) Thomas Ormsby of Ballinamore and George Ormsby of Moate, Co Mayo. Refers to deed of assignment 7 March 1812 Thomas and Jane Ruttledge to Thomas and George Ormsby concerning the will of Richard Ruttledge of Moore St., Dublin who died around 19 August 1811. Three other deeds are mentioned concerning the Gloucester St. property, 2 December 1772, 14 September 1803 and 7 September 1820. Other persons noted are Michael Cullen, George Wrightson, alderman, and his wife Anne, Elizabeth Scott, William Harney, doctor, and Robert Warren.
