Mortgage of equity of redemption in Dunsandle and Lismore estates to secure £6,000 (Nos 147 & 148), James Daly of Dunsandle and his eldest son Denis St G Daly to Henry Darley of Stillorgan, Co Dublin, esq. Includes a schedule which gives details of the encumbrances on the estates, including their rank of priority. Also assignment of the mortgage to Henry Barry, Lincoln's Inns, Middlesex, barrister and Robert Deey Barry, Lower Mount St, Dublin, solicitor, following a judgement in the Court of Common Pleas (25 Sept 1840). Gray and MacDougall, Harcourt St, crossed out and replaced by James P Graves, [solicitor].
