-Letter from Dillon's private secretary to Hickey expressing Dillon's pleasure at the number of guilds 'interested in the parish development scheme which is at present being operated in Bansha', and that the department is paying close attention but 'some time must elapse before inquiries from all Parish Guilds for the assistance of technical advisers can be dealt with'.
