Scope and content
Letter from Mrs Curtin, Roo Demense to John Wilson Lynch, stating that her husband had died, and that she has been too distressed to look after the rent. Includes copy reply to John Wilson Lynch expressing regret at her husband's death and his hope that her son will be a comfort to her. He states that he cannot reduce the rent any further, but says that if the tenants so desired, they could buy him out and this would work out cheaper for them in the long run. He states that all the tenants would have to agree to this before he could agree to sell.
