Supplementary materials pertaining to the case filed by Mehmet Timurtaş on 9 February 1994 against the Republic of Turkey with the European Commission of Human Rights (application number 23531/94, referred to internally within the Kurdish Litigation Project as Case 88 and assigned to Françoise Hampson as lead) regarding the 14 August 1993 disappearance of his son, Abdulvahap Timurtaş.
