There are listed here in the same order as they were in the original list of c.1840 (see LE40/13/333). The two concerning the Semple family are a later addition to the collection and probably came into the possession of the Ballinamore family when the Knockmore branch died out c. late 1850s. There are eleven marriage settlements in all and copies. The copies would have been keep in their original placings in the collection if they had appeared to complement the other documents they were with but this did not appear to be so.
