Four handwritten letters to M M O'Shaughnessy from W F Stafford of Stafford and Stafford Law Offices. The letters discuss attempts to meet [Haefler] and Mr Winston, and their offer to O'Shaughnessy of assets in lieu of payment, because "mining was at present in a bad way". Subsequent correspondence updates O'Shaughnessy on the arrival of deeds for these assets.
