This period saw the growth of the professional connections and relationship between Prof. Kevin Boyle and Prof. Orlando Delogu, Law Faculty, University of Maine. This relationship saw exchange programmes in law between Galway and Maine and the deposit of a major collection of U.S. law texts and journals to the Hardiman Library of University College Galway which was arranged by Delogu.
