The letters refer to Taylor's work with potential investors in the mine, referred to as the Boston Syndicate. They follow up on points discussed in a previous meeting between Taylor and O'Shaughnessy, including a dedicated report on the mine, and the prospect of O'Shaughnessy obtaining a 40 day option on the mine in Texas. Later in the correspondence, an arrangement with Mr Hart is referred to, and O'Shaughnessy is asked to report on an unspecified property and house. (1-29 Apr 1897).
