Fair copy of deed of assignment of four judgements against Dermott Donelan, Ann Melville, otherwise O'Connor, Thomas Donelan and Mable his wife, all of Woodquay, of the first part, Alicia and Margaret Donelan, daughters of Thomas and Mable and nieces of Ann, of the second part. It follows the marriage settlement of Dermott O'Connor of Beagh, County Galway and Mable O'Fflyn, daughter of Edmond of Surlagh, County Galway in 1737. It recites four judgements obtained from the King's Bench in the eighteenth century against Dermott Donelan which are demised onto Alicia and Margaret Donelan.

Brief of the case of Anne Melville onto Dermott Melville for the opinion of Counsel, c. early 19th century. It outlines the case, giving the dealings of Dermott O'Connor in relation to the lands in Beagh for his younger children, including Ann Melville. She is demising her interest to her son Dermot, and asks how this will affect the charges on the marriage settlement of 1737.

Agreement of Dermott Donelan of Silane, County Galway, and Margaret Donelan of Woodquay, County Galway, paying her £200 sterling. It recounts the history of the encumbrance from 1758 when a Patrick Flynn received a judgement in the Court of King's Bench from Dermott Donelan. The inheritors of the charge, Richard Rawson and his wife Marcia are paid £500, of which £200 go to Marcia's sister Margaret Donelan.

Deed of release between Richard Rawson and Marcia his wife, to Dermot O'Connor relating to judgements won against him in the Court of King's Bench by Patrick Flynn in 1758, and another judgement obtained by John Trewlis against Dermot O'Connor in 1772. Dermot is released from these judgements for the sum of £500.

Letter from William Molton, 24 Lower Gardiner St., Dublin, to Dermot Donelan, Sylane, enclosing his account with John Donelan in relation to the judgement won by Mrs Margaret Donelan (his wife) and Anne Melville. He thanks him for entertaining George with grouse shooting. " ... indeed he very often entertained us here with an account of his feats in committing murder upon the feathered tribe ... ".

Letter from William Morton, 24 Lower Gardiner St., Dublin, to [Dermott Donelan] stating that he has received notice of the absolute award in the case, and that Mr. John Donelan could not now oppose the award. He wants money to proceed with a decree of dismissal to preclude a similar action by John Donelan. Enclosed copy of notice from Francis Prendergast, Registrar for the Chancery Court, stating that the Lord Chancellor had decreed the award for the defendant in the case of John Donelan against Dermot Donelan as absolute.

Letter from William Morton, 24 Lower Gardiner St., Dublin, to Dermot Donelan, Woodquay, Tuam, stating that he has obtained judgement dismissing the Bill of Mr John Donelan completely.

Receipt from G J Molton, 23 Lower Gardiner St., Dublin, to Dermot Donelan, Silane, for £21.15.5 to be paid on 24th March.

Deed of assignment between Richard Rawson of Nassau St., Dublin, and Mary Anne Ferrall, his niece. He grants her the judgement which he obtained against Dermott Donelan in 1808.

Receipt from Maria J Donelan, Cloonkeen, to her son Thomas O'C Donelan, for £20 being a year's payment on her jointure.
