Contains wild track of Peter rowing boat; small boat with outboard passing - recorded on cruiser; wild track from stern of cruiser (2 takes); wild track from front of cruiser; bird atmosphere taken from the boat + engine noise and water; engine noise from outside; engine noise from inside (several takes). Recorded at 7.5 ips in mono.

1/4 inch audio tape. Recording of sa peregrine. Note that there is some rumble in the first take - second take better. Contains alarm call (distant); alarm call (some wind). Alarm call, four takes, shorter but some good parts; chicks screaming - mother in background; c/u very good. The remainder of this tape are sounds recorded from a mike placed beside the nest. Sometimes the adults can be heard as well as the chicks. Recorded at 7.5 ips in mono.

1/4 inch audio tape. Recording for "Life in a sandpit". Contains end pieces to camera, second version. sync 1:1 to 1:7, wild track atmosphere (buzz track). Recorded at 7.5 ips in mono.

1/4 inch audio tape. Recording for "MacDara's Island". Guard of Honour - commands etc. into music (running with camera but no clapper). Wild track of Army Band with crowd noise (short); bishop arriving onto the boat - general chat and pulling away from quay; wild track on board the boat (engine noise etc.); wild track approaching the island (anchor chain splashing); bishop's party going ashore; small boat pulling away (running with camera); boat with engine passing; general chat as people board small boat to take them to the island. Recorded at 7.5 ips in mono.

Contains mass on the island (beginning of), wild track; continued opening of the mass; some chanting (Kyrie & Gloria); singing (distant - no good) except where priests come in; part of the sermon (sync with mic tap); more of the sermon; sync piece (sync on second tap) singing; consecration; verse of hymn during communion; wild track on the island as the boat leaves. Recorded at 7.5 ips in mono.
