Contains white-fronted geese; rainfall, short, traffic distant; gun dogs, two takes; VW up and stop quietly on gravel; wading in reedy water - short; alarm clock, travelling type; grassy sounds: Oscar and Eamon creeping; VW door slam, start and away in low gear; swan hissing in anger and take off; skylark atmosphere; skylark and cuckoo distant. Recorded at 7.5 ip in mono.

1/4 inch audio tape. Recorded at Boyne, mussel diggers. Contains gulls and splashes and after a while oystercatchers as men dig for mussels. Shovelling the mussels; sorting the mussels, starts with shovelling, two takes; rake and splashing into water and dredging; sorting mussels with oystercatchers in background and then single gull and then more gulls; bee in jar buzzing, very good. Recorded at 7.5 ips in mono.
