Includes TS carbon copy of document, a resolution "Ireland as 51st Sovereign State" (of the United States), which Lyons adds was passed "unanimously by the House of Representatives in the State of Washington". Also includes a TS copy of letter outlining plans for the Resolution sent by Lyons to "twelve Irish Newspapers - Every newspaper in Southern Ireland."
