Draft of deed of lease between Thomas O'Conor Donelan of Sylane of the first part, his wife Elizabeth of the second part, and William Joseph Burke of Ower of the third part. Gives the details of the marriage settlement between Thomas O'Conor Donelan and Elizabeth Burke in 1851, under which the lands of Bushfield, otherwise Gortneskehy, would be used by Thomas O'Conor Donelan during his life and then revert to the heirs of William Joseph Burke. Under the Encumbered Estates Court the lands were demised onto the heirs of Marcia Burke by Thomas O'Conor Donelan.
