He asks for a copy of the ""L'Attaque"" contract, and asks that they keep the matter of the loan separate from ""L'Attaque"". He also notes that he has refused his last four works and feels justified in seeking other publishers for his work. He comments that he doesn't take it personally, and welcomes his criticisms because it helps his work, but he wouldn't want any misunderstandings to grow up between them."
