He talks about a visit to Dublin during a yachting trip to the Clyde, and states that he would be interested to go shooting in Ireland sometime, as it is getting so expensive in Scotland and England.

He states that the account needs to be wound up as soon as possible so that there can be a final settlement of Mrs Best's estate, and he hopes to hear from him soon.

He states that he will accept £348.9.1 in settlement of the judgement and IOU.
